Hotel Policy

• No cancellations or refunds allowed (will charge full stay)



• Check-in time is 2:00 p.m.



• Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.



• Credit card required to hold reservation. Credit card will be charged the day of check in.



• Children under 6 years old stay free



• No smoking allowed



• Pets are allowed, will be charged a $25.00 non refundable per pet per night fee (no pets allowed in Chalet)



• $15.00 extra person fee ($25.00 extra person fee for Chalet)



• Will be charged a $200.00 cleaning deposit for Chalet, Refundable upon exit if cleaned



• $5.00 charge to send or receive a fax



• $2.00 phone charge



• Phone cards can be purchased at the office



• $1.00 charge per sheet for copies
